How Virtual Training Helped a Practice Switching to eClinicalWorks

Just five to six weeks after Dr. Cindy V. Padre, the owner of Cindy V. Padre MD, switched to eClinicalWorks, the COVID-19 pandemic started. Although her initial plan was to receive live training, the health of everyone involved was her first priority. Even though she was initially concerned about training virtually, online training was very effective. Padre explains that the trainers were helpful for people of all levels of computer knowledge and that eCW University has also been a great educational resource.
