South Carolina’s Palmetto Primary Care Physicians Selects eClinicalWorks
Largest Independent S.C. Multi-Specialty Group Utilizes eClinicalWorks for Population Health Management and Electronic Health Records for 250 Medical Providers
WESTBOROUGH, Mass.—October 27, 2014—eClinicalWorks®, a leader in ambulatory healthcare IT solutions, today announced that South Carolina’s Palmetto Primary Care Physicians (PPCP) has selected eClinicalWorks comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) solution for its 250 medical providers across 34 locations. PPCP will also utilize the eClinicalWorks Care Coordination Medical Record® (CCMR) for population health management. This partnership will bring Cloud-based technologies to enhance workflow and improve care coordination.

A vendor-neutral, open network securely connects ambulatory EHRs with hospital in-patient systems and payer claim feeds, including CMS, to provide cost and utilization for services delivered to patients.
