Dr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa., and a medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Williams is a board certified shoulder specialist and former Director of the Shoulder and Elbow Center at Rothman Institute. His areas of expertise include shoulder replacement, shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and shoulder dislocations, among other areas.
