Medicare Accountable Care Organization Chooses eClinicalWorks Care Coordination Medical Record Solution to Advance Accountable Care Organization Goals

Metro-North ACO participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program, which has been created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for facilitating coordination between providers to improve the quality of care for Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) beneficiaries and reduce unnecessary costs. eClinicalWorks CCMR will aid Metro-North ACO in meeting its quality measures and performance metrics.
