This is an exciting time to write to you as eClinicalWorks is extremely active with no signs of slowing down. We are on the verge of releasing eClinicalWorks V10, which we strongly believe is our most powerful, yet easy-to-use version to date. V10 will include approximately 500 enhancements, one of them being a new way to document visits. Continuously listening to our customers, a good portion of these advancements were suggested and voted on by you. This version’s simplicity is its strength.
Helping fuel the future direction of the company, we look forward to showcasing our Leadership Entrepreneurial Acceleration Program (LEAP) initiatives around population health and patient engagement. Earlier this year, we allocated $25 million for additional patient engagement tools under the business unit Health & Online Wellness (healow™). There are revolutionary tools being showcased on October 11th at our 2013 National Users Conference.
Our RCM services have been producing a 98% or better first-pass acceptance rate and are projected to reach $100 million in revenues by 2015. Additionally, eClinicalWorks CCMR is the most successful ACO solution in the market. We are committed to investing in our future and yours by building products that connect the stakeholders of healthcare, including the population, provider and patient.
More than 3,500 have already signed-up for our National Users Conference, which is gearing up to be an exciting four-day event with a lot to celebrate.
