Washington Health System Transitions to eClinicalWorks EHR
Pennsylvania Health System Utilizing eClinicalWorks Comprehensive Electronic Health Record Solution for 87 Employed Physicians
SAN DIEGO, MGMA Conference, BOOTH #831—October 7, 2013—eClinicalWorks®, a leader in ambulatory healthcare IT solutions, today announced that Pennsylvania’s Washington Health System (WHS) has selected eClinicalWorks comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) solution for its 87 employed physicians and 21 residents in its Family Practice residency program. This agreement will bring technology to create a single patient record across the WHS’s network, making care delivery more convenient and efficient.

Utilizing the eClinicalWorks EHR solution, Washington Health System will streamline processes between practice locations and emphasize preventative care. The solution will also assist to improve continuity of care across multiple settings, allowing critical information to be accessible at the point of care. Implementing eClinicalWorks and connecting with patients through its Patient Portal will help streamline processes in addition to improving both provider-to-provider and provider-to-patient communication.
