Corporate Stability
Our independent corporate structure allows us to operate efficiently and freely with no external interference from investors or public stockholders. Over the last seven years, eClinicalWorks has grown 100% Y-T-Y, without needing any long-term debt, short-term debt or external investors to fund its growth. Revenues for FY 2006 were approximately $40 million and we project FY 2007 revenues to exceed $60 million. Our financial strength gives us tremendous flexibility over debt-ridden private companies and Wall Street-driven public companies. This flexibility allows us to focus on implementation, training, supporting and nurturing long-term relationships with every customer.
