eClinicalWorks Opens New York City Office
WESTBOROUGH, Mass.—SEPTEMBER 17, 2007— eClinicalWorks™,
a market leader in unified EMR/PM systems, today announced the opening
of a new location in New York City. Currently, the company is
headquartered in Westborough, Mass. and has an additional office in
Alpharetta, Ga. The New York City location will serve to centrally
manage and implement its electronic health records solutions at
physician’s practices in the greater-New York City area and will
initially be staffed with 30 employees.

Electronic Health eXchange solution was launched and deployed in North
Adams, Mass. as part of the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative,
connecting the physicians in that town. In April, the company signed a
$19.8 million deal with the New York City Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene to bring its unified electronic medical records (EMR) and
practice management (PM) software to 1,300 physicians in the City.
